My journey taught me that learning music shouldn’t be about rigid rules; it’s all about the magic of hearing YOUR favorite songs come out of your hands. People who learn this way - never quit playing.
I didn’t grow up in a musical family or go to a fancy music school. I was 19 when I picked up an instrument for the first time – the guitar – and everything changed.
That day sparked an ongoing 16-year adventure. I left my home in the Israeli countryside and slowly traveled and lived around the world, always with my guitar and harmonicas.
I soon realized that music is the most fun way to build new friendships and find your community. I experienced this everywhere, from rural towns in New Zealand, to more musical places I lived at – New Orleans, Austin Texas, Amsterdam, and Byron Bay in Australia.
My musical education came from an obsessive desire to learn. I dove into 100’s of books and courses, but my biggest lessons came from connecting with fellow music lovers wherever I was—jammin’ and learning together in living rooms and home studios.
Those experiences shaped my life mission: to help more people fall in love with music and feel more alive – through playing their favorite songs.
I believe music isn’t a rare talent you’re born with – it’s something you can grow into.
You don’t need to be a natural-born “musician.” You just need that early grain of passion, and your harmonica. If I did it, so can you.
Answering Your Common Questions:
I have zero musical experience, is this really for me?
Absolutely. Most of my students start with zero experience. You don’t need music theory, rhythm skills, or “talent.”
The course is built step-by-step so you always know exactly what to do, what to play, and how to sound good quickly.
If you can breathe in and out — you can learn this.
What harmonica do I need for the course?
A 10 hole diatonic harmonica in the key of C.
10 hole diatonic is the most popular harmonica type. That’s the harmonica that you hear in 90% of popular music – from Bob Dylan to the blues.
If you don’t have one yet, I recommend the Easttop Lightning — affordable ($30), beautiful tone, and fast response. It’s the one I usually play myself.
If you have an old harmonica at home, I highly recommend you get a new one instead since it will surely be more fun to play and will sound better.
Do I need to know how to read sheet music?
Absolutely not. The harmonica uses a MUCH easier music-reading method called “harmonica tabs” – you’ll learn it in the first lesson of the course.
What if I don’t have much time?
Good news — you don’t need much.
Even 10 minutes a day is enough to make real progress on the harmonica, quickly.
And honestly? Even 2 minutes a day is progress.
The lessons are short, clear, and easy to squeeze into your day as a busy person.

I already play some harmonica, will the course help me?
