These Terms & Conditions apply to the website harmonicain7days.com (the “Site”), operated by Alon Kuperberg (“we,” “our,” or “us”).

By purchasing a product through this Site and checking the box indicating your agreement to the Terms, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.
Purchasing on the Website
The Site allows customers to securely purchase a harmonica course online, through Stripe online checkout systems.
The harmonica course is a digital product delivered via the internet.
Purchases are made using a valid credit or debit card, and processed upon authorization from your card provider.
Refund Policy
You may cancel your purchase of the digital course within 30 days of your transaction date.

Course Access
Upon purchase, you will receive immediate access (or within the same day) to the digital course.
Access is granted for personal use only. Login credentials may not be shared.
You may access the course on up to 3 devices. Attempts to exceed this limit will result in automatic account lock, requiring manual support to restore access.
Privacy & Data Use
Your privacy is extremely important to us. We collect only the personal information necessary to provide you with access to the course, such as your name, email, and phone number.
Your data will never be sold or shared with third parties.
Upon joining the course, your email will enter the harmonicain7days marketing list – where we occasionally send educational and promotional emails, not more than a few times per month.
You can unsubscribe anytime by clicking the “unsubscribe” link in any email.
We use standard security measures to protect your data. However, we are not liable for unauthorized access caused by events beyond our control.

These Terms and all use of the Site are governed solely by Israeli law. Jurisdiction will rest exclusively with courts in Tel Aviv, Haifa, Jerusalem, or Be’er Sheva, at the discretion of the business.
